The hotel's location is perfect, situated midway on the boardwalk to enjoy the Christmas lights and offering quick access to front shopping and food stores. Rooms need some updates and there was a strong smell of blunts upon arrival, which was off-putting. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach with lovely views, but some parked vehicles obstructed the sight from certain angles.

The service was a mix; some staff members were exceptionally friendly, but others were rude, like when they questioned my mother-in-law for sitting in the reception area. Housekeeping was satisfactory, and there were convenient shops on-site for any needs.

The hotel's location is very convenient, especially for viewing the Christmas lights along the boardwalk. It's also close to store-front shopping and food establishments, though we didn't eat breakfast on-site. Being right next to the beach was a highlight, with beautiful views, despite some obstruction from parked vehicles.

The hotel is perfectly suited for our needs with three preschool children. The room had a microwave, a pretty large refrigerator, a 40-inch TV, and much more. Having to park a block away because of the truck size was a slight inconvenience.

The staff were all very nice and easy to talk to. I appreciated the cookies and the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. However, there was an issue with one staff member who seemed untrained and unprofessional when handling payment matters.
